Curing Prawns
Question
Can I cure prawns using Pautzke's Products?
 Val Perry We have have been curing our prawns with Fire Cure in Orange, Pink and Red for a couple of seasons with great success. You get a tough great colored and scented prawn. We also have began adding Fire Power Pautzke's 100% pure Krill product to SPICE things up.
However we were recently introduced to a new product this year ZIPVAC this great bag makes curing the prawns fast and effective.
Take 15-18 prawns (for the small zipvac bag) damp
add 1/2 cup of Fire Cure in Pink, Red or Orange
1/2 teaspoon of fire power (if you want hot krill scent)
Seal the bag use vac o "just tighten up" the bag cool and ready to fish in one hour.
Special note: if you want a Chartereuse prawns cure with Natural Fire Cure the add 1/4 bottle of yellow nectar seal just tight and you get a great colored prawn.
